Acceptance of terms
By using Technical Proposal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, please stop using the service.
Tender data — internal use only
All tender data accessed or retrieved through the platform — including competition details, RFP booklets, BOQ tables, requirements, and any related information — is licensed to you strictly for internal use within your own organization to prepare your own technical proposals. The following are expressly prohibited: (1) reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing tender data to any third party, with or without payment; (2) publishing, syndicating, or making the data available through any public or private channel, feed, or API; (3) using the data to power any product or service consumed by parties outside your organization.
No derivative products from tender data
You may not build, derive, or commercialize any sub-product, dataset, database, alerting service, AI model, or other derivative work that relies wholly or in part on tender data extracted from the platform, nor sell, license, or offer such work as a service. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of tender data for the purpose of constructing such derivative products is also prohibited. Any breach gives the platform the immediate right to suspend the account and pursue legal remedies and damages.
No resale of platform output
All output produced by the platform — including generated technical proposals, sections, suggestions, tender analyses, agent evaluations, and any AI-generated content — is strictly for the use of the subscribed account holder, within their own organization, and only for tenders they themselves are bidding on. Reselling this output, offering it as a proposal-writing service to others, using it on behalf of organizations that do not hold an active platform subscription, or bundling it into another commercial product is expressly prohibited.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload or write on the platform. We retain the right to store and process that content solely to deliver the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Plans, monthly limits, and fair-use policy
Each plan includes monthly limits, counted from the start of each calendar month. The caps in the table below are enforced server-side; any allowance marketed as “unlimited” is subject to the fair-use ceiling shown to prevent abusive automated use and protect service quality for every customer. Opening the same tender more than once in a month does not consume additional quota. Exceeding any limit requires upgrading to a higher plan or waiting for the next monthly period. We reserve the right to adjust the fair-use ceilings with reasonable prior notice.
| Monthly metric | Free | Starter | Pro | Scale (fair-use cap) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unique tender views | 10 | 1,000 | 1,000 | 1,500 |
| Proposals created | 1 | 5 | 15 | 250 |
| Chat messages | 10 | 150 | 750 | 3,000 |
| Tender analyses | 10 | 100 | 500 | 1,000 |
| Agent evaluations | 3 | 30 | 150 | 1,000 |
| Section generations | 4 | 2,500 | 2,500 | 2,500 |
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Saudi Riyal. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — in particular the tender-data and no-resale clauses — or are used for unlawful purposes, with no refund of fees paid.
Limitation of liability
Technical Proposal is an assistive tool, and ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of any technical proposal submitted on Etimad or Forsah rests with the customer.
