We collect only what's necessary to deliver the service: your account (name, email), the proposal content and tender booklets you upload, and usage logs for billing and product improvement.
How we use data
We use your data to operate the product, issue invoices, and provide support. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI training
Your proposal content and uploaded files are not used to train general AI models. All processing is performed solely on your behalf.
Isolation and security
Every customer runs inside an isolated workspace. Data access requires authentication, and traffic is encrypted over TLS.
Your rights
You can request an export of your data or delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
